Birthday Celebrations!

August is FULL of birthdays! Today is AnTjuans 23rd birthday, tomorrow I celebrate my mothers and sisters birthday, a week from today is my birthday, and two weeks from today is my best friends birthday. Needless to say a lot of times the celebrations flow together due to the birthdays being so close. This weekend AnTjuan and I celebrated our birthdays. As a birthday gift to me AnTjuan booked a weekend getaway at Montelucia Resort here in Phoenix. It was a nice vacation even though we were still in the same state. I recorded a video so you can see our hotel and our wonderful view of Camelback mountain that we had!

Besides staying in an amazing resort we also explored the culture of downtown Scottsdale. We went to Sprinkles Cupcakes (which I must say are darn good!), The Cheesecake Factory, Stax Burgers, The Breakfast club and then also the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art. It was a fun filled weekend filled with relaxation, culture, laughing and could not have been better. Thank you babe for the wonderful birthday gift!

On that note...Happy birthday to a man I am lucky enough to call mine! :)
