A night of Comedy

Last night we went on a date, filled with family, fun, laughter and Mike Epps!

Don't know who Mike Epps is? That's alright...neither did I! These are the roles that I knew him in...but he as actually been in a lot of movies and shows besides just this:

1. The Hangover (2009) .... Black Doug
2. Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins (2008) .... Reggie
3. Friday After Next (2002) .... Day-Day / Old Man with Shotgun
4. Next Friday (2000) .... Day-Day

So anyways, I originally had an event to go to with ADPI but AnTjuan once again met some famous people at his job (skip a few stories) and he ended up getting tickets to the show for free from Mike Epps manager (told you he meets a lot of famous people there!!!)

So AnTjuan asked me if I wanted to go and I said sure just because it was comedy, not having a clue who he actually was at the time. Well AnTjuan got a great deal. AnTjuan, his mom, sister and myself all got to go to the show for freeeee, we got floor tickets, didn't have to wait in the long lines to get in aannd dun dun duuunnn we met him!

Funny story about this picture though Mike Epps grabbed his mom and said hi to her, instead of the other normal way of fans and celebrities happen. So when he did that I leaned to AnTjuan and said "Is that a family friend or something?" then AnTjuan kinda looked at me, laughed and told me "nnnooo....that is Mike Epps...you know the guy we are here to see!?" So oops! Mike Epps later went on to make a joke about how there were so many white people in the crowd, and he didn't even think they knew who he was...hahaha..sshhhh, we won't tell him! ;)

Overall great night, with a great comedian and all we had to pay for was the food and drinks. They made our "special" drink waaaayyy to strong so we didn't drink them and ended up enjoying the show with one of my favorite drinks, a Shirley Temple!!! Couldn't be happier!
