Being a college graduate, I have recently started to adventure into the part of life I like to call "Grown Up Life." I like to think I live two different lifestyles. There is the one where I am a kid at heart. Obnoxious, loud, adventurous and fun. Then there is the "Grown Up" me where I have to be responsible, work, and pay bills.
In the past two months I have had to start paying off my student loan that I took out in order to study abroad. Call me crazy, but this is one grown up thing I actually enjoy doing. I usually pay my loan two to three weeks before it is even due (the before part is pretty important there. It would be horrible and not very grown up of me, if I paid it three weeks after...).
Now in reality, I should NOT like this grown up thing. It takes away my money, every single month, and will continue to do so for a decent time frame down the road. However, it makes me feel responsible. I like seeing the "Thank You For Your Payment" note I get every time after I pay it. It is like my bank is thanking me, out of their thousands of customers, for being so responsible. Weird I know...but nonetheless I like it.
What grown up thing do you like?

Owning a house! Ha but, the grown up thing I hate is paying the bills. :(
I think owning a house is one of the most grown up things you can do :)
