In the last couple of months I have really learned to enjoy cooking. The only thing I do not like is touching raw meat (SO gross!!!!!) and how many dishes it takes to make a homemade dinner. In the end, it really is nice to have a home cooked meal though. I never noticed how much I MISSED home-cooked meals while I was in college. In college I didn't mind, I lived in dorms and never had my own kitchen. Now I do, and oh boy do I use it! I have recipes memorized for meatloaf, bourbon chicken, baked spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo (sauce homemade), pork roast (cooked in the crock pot my lovely grandma made me), chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and so much more. I love making baked goods from scratch, it is just as easy as boxed recipes but taste so much more!
